Has anyone in the history of mankind been able to purchase a new unopened sealed device direct from Apple but it not be automatically added to Apple Business Manager and add it to Intune? I followed all of the steps outlined on the Intune site, purchased an unneeded MacBook (another $2000 purchase) and tried using Apple Configurator (as instructed) and no matter what I do, I get an error.
